How does billing work?

Every plan is a flat monthly fee plus per-pulse calling at your plan's rate. Talk-time is metered in 15-second pulses, rounded up — you only pay for connected call time. Pulses are charged to your prepaid wallet; top up any time. The Free plan has no monthly fee.

What counts as a billable pulse?

Every 15 seconds of connected talk time, inbound or outbound, rounded up to the next pulse (a minimum of one pulse per connected call). Speech-to-text and the AI model are included in the pulse rate. Unanswered, busy, and failed calls are not charged.

What happens when I hit my daily call limit?

Each plan includes a fixed number of calls per day. Once you reach that limit, additional calls pause until the limit resets the next day. If you regularly need more volume, upgrading to a higher plan raises the daily cap.

How does the Free plan work?

Free is a permanent plan — not a trial. You get the Free-tier limits (agents, daily calls, concurrency) with no monthly fee, and pay only the per-pulse rate for the calls you make. Upgrade any time for a lower rate and higher limits.

Can I use my own phone numbers?
